Wight Spas & Pools offer FREE delivery to the door for all Island customers.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can rectify the issue for you. Let us know in detail, the nature of the damage and include any photographic evidence if applicable. In this instance, a repair will be agreed depending on the nature of the damage. Please note, damage to the step, cover or skirt will only warrant return if the items are unused.

To organise a return, please contact us directly on sales@wightspas.co.uk stating the reason for the return along with any evidence supporting your request. Please provide full details of the damage/fault and we will advise on the next steps to get this sorted for you.
